Middle East Advanced for Information Systems Technology is a Saudi entity, officially registered with Commercial Registration No. (7002609167) and VAT No. (300507758900003), operating in information technology, hosting, and cloud computing services. We welcome you to our website www.mea.sa (hereinafter referred to as the "Website", "Online Store", or "Services").
Middle East Advanced is hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Company". As a user of the Website, you must read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
By using the Website for the purpose of purchasing or subscribing to any service, you become bound by all terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of them, we advise you not to use the electronic services we provide.
The Company may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and the modification takes effect upon its publication on the Website. Your continued use of the service after modification constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
Terms of Use
Use of the Website's services is available only to persons legally capable of representing themselves under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The services provided are intended for those aged (18) years and above. If the user is a minor, use shall be under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian and with their agreement to comply with these terms.
The user bears responsibility for using the services from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and for full compliance with the local laws applicable in that region.
Website Security
You may not violate or attempt to violate the security of the Website, including but not limited to:
Accessing information, servers, or accounts you are not officially authorized to use.
Attempting to scan, test, or breach the system, network, or protection levels without authorization.
Interfering with the service provided to any user, host, or network, including spreading viruses, overloading the site, or sending unsolicited messages.
Impersonating or forging IP addresses or email addresses.
Violations harmful to system or network security may result in civil and criminal penalties, and the Company will cooperate with the competent judicial authorities to apply the necessary penalty.
Privacy Policy
We protect your personal information through advanced security measures, and we do not sell or rent it to any third party without your explicit consent.
If you wish to object to the processing of your personal information, please contact us via email ([email protected]) or through the ticketing system in your account.
Registration and Personal Account
The registration process includes providing us with your personal information necessary to complete your transactions and communicate with you. This information is part of your record and is protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and preventing unauthorized access to it, and you bear responsibility for all operations carried out through your account. Electronic Communication
By using the Website, you agree to receive our electronic messages in their various forms (email, newsletters, notifications, alerts), and these communications are treated as written communications that are legally binding.
We reserve the right to record and retain communications and calls for the purposes of improving service quality and verifying requests.
Product Details and Prices
We strive to provide accurate and comprehensive information about our services (availability, prices, technical specifications), and unintentional typographical errors may occur, which we reserve the right to correct.
In case of an error in recording the price or service information after issuing the invoice, the Company has the right to contact you to clarify the error, or to cancel the order and notify you.
Service availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price modification applies to new subscriptions and renewals, and does not apply to active subscriptions until their renewal date.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
All product and service prices are subject to Value Added Tax in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at a rate of (15%), in accordance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). The Company's VAT number: (300507758900003).
Payment and Refunds
The Website provides the ability to purchase services and pay the amounts due in Saudi Riyals through several means:
Electronic payment via the approved payment gateway (mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay) for cards issued by Saudi banks.
Bank transfer to the Company's official account (account details appear on the payment methods page and in the invoice).
We do not store your credit card information, and all data entered through the payment gateway is encrypted for protection. We are not responsible for the rejection or cancellation of the payment process by the card service provider.
If we are unable to provide the service in whole or in part, we will notify you directly and the amount will be refunded by the same method used for payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by the Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel the order in the following cases:
Rejection or incompletion of the payment process.
Suspicion of fraud or invalidity of the payment process.
Cancellation and Refund by the Client
A refund request is submitted through the ticketing system (Financial Department) and is reviewed by the competent department. The following terms apply:
Shared Web Hosting: The client is entitled to a refund of the amount paid within (14) days of the service activation date in case of dissatisfaction and without any violation, with the deduction of the domain value if any.
Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Dedicated Servers: Not subject to refund after activation in case of monthly payment, due to resource allocation upon ordering.
Electronic licenses and digital services: Their fees are non-refundable after activation.
Refund processing may take from (14) to (30) days depending on the payment method, and banks or payment companies may charge fees for the refund process to be borne by the client.
Our Obligations Toward the Client
We are committed to providing our services to the client at the highest possible quality, including but not limited to:
Notifying the client clearly of the hosting server information, and of any updates to the servers.
Providing protection and stability for the servers according to the latest technical procedures, targeting an uptime of (99.9%).
Providing technical support and cooperation with the client through the ticketing system, regarding the service itself.
Providing periodic backups according to the policy of each service, while emphasizing that the responsibility for keeping an updated backup lies with the client.
Maintaining the confidentiality of the client's personal data and not disclosing it to any party except by official request from a competent authority.
Backups
The Company provides backup service (internal and external) according to the policy of each service and periodically, with each backup deleting its predecessor. Full responsibility for keeping updated backups in a safe place remains with the client. The Company is not responsible for backup damage resulting from hacks, add-ons, or incorrect settings.
General Service Terms
It is strictly prohibited to use the services in any of the following violations:
Hosting any content that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the teachings of Islam (such as indecent content, hacking programs, or incitement to extremism and violence).
Placing spy files or attempting to hack the server or any site on it.
Using the services to send unsolicited messages (Spam), in illegal operations, or attacks on other servers.
Circumventing the terms of the usage agreement, which exposes the account to suspension according to the Company's policy.
The Company has the right to suspend or cancel part or all of the services when used inappropriately or in violation, and reserves the right to refuse to provide the service.
Accounts, Renewal and Cancellation
All official transactions (transfer confirmation, renewal, cancellation) are carried out through the ticketing system in your account (Financial Department) or via email ([email protected]).
Renewal invoices are issued before the service expires with sufficient time and a notification is sent to the client via email, and payment must be made before the subscription expires to avoid service interruption.
The service stops automatically upon subscription expiry without payment, and the Company is not responsible for any damages resulting from non-renewal on time.
Suspension or cancellation of the service does not exempt the client from paying any amounts due.
Service Provisioning Times
Shared Web Hosting: from (1) to (24) hours from order approval.
Virtual Private Servers (VPS): from (1) to (48) hours.
Dedicated Servers: from (24) to (120) hours, depending on the required specifications.
Services and Products via Partners
The Company provides some services and products through its partners (such as software licenses and control panels), acting as an "indirect reseller". The Company disclaims responsibility for any change in the policies or prices of these services by their providers, while notifying the client of any modification (30) days before the subscription expiry date where possible.
Electronic license fees of all kinds are non-refundable after activation.
Design and Programming Projects
Design, programming, and development projects are subject to an official contract specifying the scope of work, costs, and timelines, and the contracting constitutes agreement to all the terms contained therein. The following are the most prominent provisions:
Work on the project does not begin until an official request containing all details is opened, and the agreed advance payment is received.
The client is obligated to provide all required materials (texts, high-resolution images, logos, third-party services), and in case of non-provision, the relevant part is replaced with illustrative placeholder content.
Feedback on the design is provided within (5) days, and on the final delivery within (10) days, with two revision rounds allowed; any additional revision incurs additional cost and time.
Project fees do not include purchasing or subscribing to any external services (images, video, APIs, payment gateways, etc.), which are calculated as additional costs.
The client is obligated not to remove the Company's rights from the executed projects; in case of a removal request, (30%) of the project value is charged.
The Company's liability toward the client in any loss is limited to the fees paid only, and it does not bear any indirect loss.
Technical Support
We are committed to providing technical support through the ticketing system available on the Website, as follows:
Support and assistance are provided through the ticketing system only.
Ticket response time is generally from (5) to (72) hours maximum.
Response time for fast technical support subscribers is from (1) to (24) hours.
Some requests may require verification of the client's identity to protect their data from impersonation.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
